Our service

One thing, done well — accurate cutting to your drawing

We don't try to be a bender, a welder and a painter all at once. Our job is to hand you a part that matches the drawing, with an edge that is ready for the next operation — in your own workshop or at your partner's.

Accurate to the drawing

Positioning accuracy 0.05 mm/m and repeatability 0.03 mm/m. The part comes out exactly as drawn — even when there are a hundred of them.

Clean cut edge

A fibre laser leaves a narrow kerf and a clean edge. Finishing is usually unnecessary: the part goes straight to bending, welding or paint.

From one part to a series

There is no minimum order. We cut prototypes, single parts and runs of several hundred — from the same drawing and to the same standard.

Material from us or from you

Mild steel, stainless steel, galvanised sheet, aluminium and brass. We also process your own material once the sheet size and condition are agreed.

A drawing is optional

DXF, DWG and STEP all work. If you have no drawing, we prepare one from a sketch, a photo or plain dimensions.

Delivery to Tallinn

Quote within 24 hours. We deliver finished parts to Tallinn and across Estonia; collection from our workshop in Narva is also possible.

Our equipment

Tianchen ES3015 fibre laser

Our own machine, not a middleman. A 2026 unit with an exchange table: while one table is cutting, the other is being loaded. Your deadline depends on our schedule, not on a partner's queue.

Working thickness is the value recommended by the manufacturer: at this thickness the edge stays clean and the lead time stays predictable. Galvanised sheet is cut on the same terms as mild steel. For copper and special steels we agree the thickness separately.

Cutting and delivery

We cut the parts and deliver them to Tallinn, or hand them over for collection.

Pricing

What the price is made of

Laser cutting has no single price list — every part is different. But the logic is simple, and we are open about it.

Length of cut

The more contours and holes a part has, the longer the cut and the longer the machine runs.

Material and thickness

Thicker and more reflective material is cut more slowly and uses more assist gas.

Quantity

In a series the set-up is shared across all parts, so the price per piece drops noticeably.

Sheet nesting

Tight nesting reduces offcuts. We factor good nesting into the quote from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Laser cutting — answers to common questions

How thick can you cut with a laser?

We cut mild steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, and aluminium and brass up to 16 mm. We work on a Tianchen ES3015 fibre laser with a 6 kW Raycus source. In everyday production we recommend staying slightly below those figures — 22 mm mild steel, 14 mm stainless, 10 mm aluminium and 6 mm brass — because then the cut edge stays clean and the lead time stays predictable.

What is the largest part you can cut in one piece?

The largest part fits the 3048 × 1524 mm cutting bed. Anything bigger can be cut in sections: we produce every section exactly to the drawing, and the assembly is done by you or your contractor.

Do you take orders for a single part?

Yes, there is no minimum order. We cut single parts, prototypes and runs of several hundred pieces. For small quantities the price is driven mainly by preparation — checking the drawing and nesting the parts on the sheet — rather than by the cutting itself.

What file format do you need?

DXF is the most convenient; DWG and STEP also work. From a PDF drawing, a hand sketch, a photo or plain dimensions we prepare the drawing ourselves. Please pack DXF and DWG files into a ZIP before uploading them through the form.

How quickly will I get a quote and the parts?

We reply to an enquiry with a drawing within 24 hours on working days. The production lead time depends on quantity and material and is agreed in the quote. If the job is urgent, say so in the enquiry and we will schedule it in advance.

Can I supply my own material?

Yes, we process customer material — we agree the sheet size and condition in advance. If needed we supply the material ourselves: mild steel, stainless steel, galvanised sheet, aluminium and brass.

Do you also bend, weld or paint?

No, our service is laser cutting. The edge left by a fibre laser is clean and ready for the next operation, so the part can go straight to bending, welding or paint in your own workshop or at your contractor's.

How is laser cutting different from plasma cutting?

A laser gives a narrower kerf, holds the contour more precisely and leaves a cleaner edge, which suits fine parts, small holes and perforation. Plasma is cheaper on very thick metal, but the edge is rougher and needs more finishing.

Does the cut edge need finishing?

Usually not — a fibre laser edge is clean and ready for welding, bending or painting. For thicker materials and for edges that remain visible we agree any finishing separately.

Where do I collect the finished parts?

We deliver finished parts to Tallinn and across Estonia. Collection from our workshop at Oru 4, Narva, is also possible. The delivery method and date are agreed in the quote.
