Legislative details:
According to §49 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of waiver:

• Items made to order or customized to the customer’s specifications are non-returnable.
• Returns are not possible if the product has been used, damaged or the original packaging has been lost.

Refund Deadlines:
Seller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the item back and inspecting its condition.

Return Liability:

• • The customer is obliged to ensure that the goods are packed safely for transportation.
  • If the product is damaged due to the customer’s fault during the return, the refund amount may be reduced.
