Terms of Sale
- Legal Basis:
- The products are sold in accordance with the Estonian Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus) and the Contractual Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).
- All products comply with EU regulations and also have quality certification if applicable.
- Manufacturing and sales:
- Goods on order are made only after payment has been confirmed.
- If the item is in stock, the order is shipped after full payment or as agreed.
- Payment:
- Only cashless payment via bank transfer is available.
- The invoice for payment is formed after all details of the order are agreed upon.
- Guarantee:
- The products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt of goods.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation or operation not in accordance with the instructions.
- Canceling an order:
- Orders for customized products are not subject to cancellation once production has begun.
- Documents:
- Upon purchase, the following are provided:
- Invoice;
- Order confirmation (electronically).
