Legal Basis:

• The products are sold in accordance with the Estonian Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus) and the Contractual Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).
• All products comply with EU regulations and also have quality certification if applicable.

Manufacturing and sales:

• Goods on order are made only after payment has been confirmed.
• If the item is in stock, the order is shipped after full payment or as agreed.

Payment:

• Only cashless payment via bank transfer is available.
• The invoice for payment is formed after all details of the order are agreed upon.

Guarantee:

• The products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt of goods.
• The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation or operation not in accordance with the instructions.

Canceling an order:

• Orders for customized products are not subject to cancellation once production has begun.
