Timing and Methods:

• Self-export: Possible from our warehouse (by prior agreement).
• Courier delivery: Deliveries are made through Venipak, Omniva or similar services.
• International orders: Processed through partner logistics companies.

Delivery timeframe:

• If the product is in stock, delivery takes 2-5 working days within Estonia.
• For custom size orders the delivery time is up to 5 weeks (manufacturing + transportation).

Cost:

• Delivery is paid separately, the exact amount depends on the weight and volume of the shipment.

Self-delivery details:

• Self-collection is only possible from our warehouse by prior arrangement. We will contact you to confirm the time and place of collection.
• For self-checkout, it is recommended to make sure the product is available and pay for the order in advance.

Delivery Insurance:

• All shipments are insured against damage, loss or shortage for the value of the goods.
• If an item is damaged during shipping, we work with the logistics company to resolve the situation.

Additional Options:

• • You can choose door-to-door delivery or to the nearest pickup point.
  • For heavy loads, palletized delivery is available.
