Is self-pickup available?

Yes, self-pickup is available from our warehouse by prior arrangement. Our warehouse is located at Oru tn 4, 20203 Narva.

What are your working hours?

We are open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Are your products certified?

Yes, all our products meet EU requirements and have quality certificates.

Can I order products for other cities or countries?

Yes, we ship across Estonia and to other countries.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

After placing the order, our manager will contact you for confirmation.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the goods. Please confirm with the manager before payment.

What to do if I receive a damaged product?

Take a photo of the damages.

with the photos.
We will arrange for replacement or refund.

What if I missed picking up the product?

The product is returned to the warehouse. Contact us to arrange re-shipment.

Can I place an order with partial prepayment?

Yes, for large orders, partial prepayment can be arranged; terms are discussed individually.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address, but no later than 24 hours before shipment. Please contact us via email.

How long does shipping take?

In Estonia: 1–3 business days.
To other countries: 5–10 business days, depending on the logistics company and destination.

What are the warranty terms for the products?

Standard warranty is 2 years.
For custom-made products, the warranty is agreed separately.

What is the minimum order?

Wholesale customers have minimum order volumes, but there is no minimum order amount for retail customers.

Why can delivery be delayed?

Delays may be caused by:

Weather conditions;
Issues with the logistics company;
High season for orders.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, if all return conditions are met:

Packaging is undamaged;
The product has not been used;
Return request is made within 14 days.

What should I do if I can’t find the product I need?

Are prices in the online store including VAT?

In the private customer section of the online store, prices are displayed with VAT included.
